1. Scope

These Terms apply to any paid subscription to the jmonitor.io service by a natural person or legal entity.

2. Service Description

jmonitor.io is a SaaS service designed for monitoring digital services, applications, or infrastructure.

3. Pricing

Prices are stated in euros.

The publisher reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Prices in effect at the time of subscription shall apply.

4. Payment Terms

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

Payment is made by credit card or any other payment method available on the website.

5. Subscription and Cancellation

Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time from their account dashboard. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable consumer laws, the right of withdrawal does not apply to fully performed digital services provided before the end of the withdrawal period with the user's prior consent.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is".

The publisher uses reasonable efforts to ensure access to and proper operation of the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the absence of errors.

The publisher shall not be held liable for temporary interruptions, malfunctions, or service failures, particularly those resulting from maintenance operations, updates, communication network failures, or any event beyond its reasonable control.

In no event shall the publisher be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, loss of business, loss of revenue, or reputational damage.

In all cases, the publisher's liability shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the user for the current subscription.
